Do I not work hard enough for you? Are 16 hour days not enough?!

Some of you are SO rude, pushy, entitled and disrespectful! I have to keep my phone on for emergencies. I got woken up this morning at 6:20 by a client texting me! When I told them not to do that and that it’s completely disrespectful and rude and to contact me during normal business hours, they said what a great client they are and that try they will never order from me again.

Really? A great client?! Who orders last minute every single time? Who is difficult to get ahold of…who orders hay then can’t respond when I’m replying with delivery options/schedule?

Are you kidding me?

We are a small small small company. It’s me and my husband. That’s it! We are trying to help people and animals.

Help us by treating us kindly, not being rude and inconsiderate and contact us DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

Everyone knows winter hay prices sky rocket! (That’s not up to me…that’s up to farmers, the economy, supply/demand etc.)

I have critters too…trust me, hay prices are going up!

This hay won’t last long. As you know when I find a deal I pass the savings on to you!

(Yes we still have #1 Alfalfa available by truck load only until the end of this sale. Yes we still have #1 Teff for $22.50 and #1 Bermuda for $17 available in small quantities!)

New company policy: payment is required upon delivery/pick up. I have too many people not paying. If you do not want to pay for delivery then come and pick it up. But when it is delivered, a delivery fee is charged to cover gas, time away from the ranch and money for the delivery person whether that be my husband or one of our helpers.

If you have had payment problems in the past, you will be required to pay a deposit or in full up front.

I know times are tough but we are a small company and cannot afford to float anyone anymore.

Great news! Y’all asked and we listened!

We can now take any debit or credit card INCLUDING American Express!!! We have a chip reader or can do Tap to Pay or you can pay over the phone! (You do have to pay the 4% processing fee that is standard for those transactions).

We can also take Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay…any kinda pay you got!

We also take Venmo and Zelle if you want to avoid all those pesky credit card fees!

And as always, CASH IS KING!

But I know some people only have cards and we got a lot of requests to pay in all sorts of ways.

We are catching up with the times. Thank you for your support!

Ok! Yesterday was the first day of sun so our hay shipment finally came in! I apologize for the delays but we shipped in the rain before and the hay got super wet and moldy so we just were not willing to take that risk again!

Hay is here and we will be catching up on deliveries this afternoon, tomorrow and throughout the week! Thank you for your patience and let us know what you need!

Look who came to work with us today! We had a litter of 9 Great Pyrenees /Anatolian Shepherd puppies (all male)! Thank you all for ordering hay! Feel free to say hi if you see one of the puppies in the truck! They are sweet and we are socializing them to get them ready for their new homes! Lots of deliveries scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday so we will be seeing you soon!
