The Gatsby Glow® Ball Hydrangea brings timeless elegance with glowing blooms that change with the seasons — a showstopper for every landscape!

Native plants are often beloved for a certain kind of whimsy they bring to a space. That’s no different with Gatsby Glow Ball oakleaf hydrangea! Its stems still twist a bit and the foliage is oversized, the flowers equally massive. But the mature habit is much smaller and more useable than giants of the past. Its ball shaped habit is dense and rather well-behaved, making it an option for showy and woodland gardens alike. Its flowers emerge a crisp white in the summer and eventually mature to a fresh lime green color. Foliage shifts to a dramatic burgundy and red combination for the fall, making it one of the most colorful shrubs in any landscape. This little ball of interest is best used as a low hedge, grouping for the middle or front of the border, or in loose plantings along a woodland edge.
