I’ve never tried making ice cream sandwiches before, but my husband requested them instead of a cake for his birthday, so I decided to give it a go. I have to say, they turned out fantastic and will definitely be a summer favorite on our menu! Brown butter chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and rolled in rainbow sprinkles 🤤🤤🥳

Is there anything more delightful than a birthday cake adorned with colorful sprinkles? As someone who usually avoids chocolate frosting, this was a new experience for me, and I have to say it was absolutely scrumptious! The cake itself was a classic yellow, topped with rich chocolate buttercream, and it was a massive success!

If you’ve ever attempted to create a buttercream cake, you understand the challenge of achieving perfectly smooth sides. Now, throw in some sprinkles into the buttercream, and it becomes an even greater struggle. While it may not be flawless, I still adore it! This cake brings to mind the delightful taste of vanilla ice cream.
