We have been focusing on out NEIPA this year and finally have it nailed. It's all about the hops, malt, yeast and water. Get those right and voila, good beer :)

Brewed the NEIPA today. Hit all the numbers. Added nearly a gallon of top off water and brought the OG into line @ 1.058. all those hops suck up the H2O :)

Tonight, I'm spinning up a yeast starter of Dry English Ale (WLP007). This strain gives the beer a somewhat fruity ester while finishing nicely, but not too dry.

Just finished my first keg. It was the NEIPA. The beer had clarified beyond the style. But, the last pour was juicy. Think I should have shaken the keg earlier!
