Is pulled pork belly better than regular pulled pork? I can’t answer that, but this was jam up as can be.

Light base of Stump’s, then a generous coat of Porky Pine. Hit the Traeger Grills on super smoke at 225 til 160 internal, wrapped in foil with some of my homemade mop sauce. Jacked the heat to 275 and let it ride until probe tender around 205 internal.

After resting for an hour this thing shredded to pieces with ease. I added some more of my mop sauce to give it more of a Carolina style flavor profile and it was JAM UP!
