This is just my spin on Tuffy Stone’s mop recipe, nothing crazy but it’s really changed my BBQ for the better since I started using it at the end of last year.

Mop Sauce:
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1qt Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4c sea salt
1/4c brown sugar
1/8c white pepper
1/4c hot sauce ( I prefer Texas Peter for this)
1/4 Worcestershire sauce
Splash or 1/4 of whatever your beer of choice
