I’ve been waiting for over 13 years for Costco to open in the Albany area. Prior to moving to the Capital Region, we’ve always lived very close by to a Costco. I think 🤔 one of the first things I asked our realtor when we were house hunting was if there was a Costco in the area, and she sent me a clipping from Times Union that it was coming. The wait is over Constance Underwood!

⛽️ I’m really excited for Costco’s Gas Station with extended hoses so you can fill up in any lane!⛽️

We had a great interactive cooking class with To Life! in the beautiful Hope Club kitchen. Thank you NYOH Community Cancer Foundation for sponsoring the Smoothies Class. Participants walked away with lots of great tips to make perfect healthy smoothies at home! Check out what Debbie had to say about the class.

I forgot to take pictures that day - and forgot that I had leftover green smoothie in my fridge from 2 days ago. Guess what? It still hasn’t separated!
