The Halloween Countdown is on! Taylor Kids Pumpkin Patch is ready for you. Located at 23372 740th Ave, Albert Lea MN 56007.

Here’s the latest:

• Squash have been restocked! Some are huge.

• 37 Nice large Mums available only $15 each.

• Stacking Pumpkins are a great choice as they will last a long time well after Halloween for fall displays.

• Best Jack O’Lanterns you’ll find anywhere.

• $5 Patch Pumpkins! If you want the adventure of picking your own, any pumpkin still on the vine in the patch is only $5. The pic of the two full wagons were picked Sunday!

• Special Note! We have had several people tell us about having to pay by the pound for Pumpkins at other patches. That is something we’ll Never do. Our biggest Jack O’Lanterns are only $9. Same Pumpkins would be $30+ if paying by the pound which just ruins the fun experience. Better Quality, Better Prices = More Fun.

Freeze Notice! 🥶🎃🌺🏠The weather forecast for late Friday/Saturday early morning appears to be freezing cold.

It’s highly recommended that you put your mums inside for the night. Pumpkins should also be put inside if possible. Orange pumpkins tend to be a little tougher but you don’t want to freeze one that’s to be carved later.

Emily and William are minding the patch and will be in scramble mode tomorrow afternoon. They will be putting mums and specialty pumpkins inside the shed. Orange and Stackers likely won’t fit and will be covered with tarps.

How can friends of the patch help? Two ways…first is buy your mums and tuck them away for the night. Second is if you’d like to pitch in and help fill the shed we’d never turn away help.

This looks to be a short lived cold snap and everything gets moved back out Saturday.

Stay warm friends!
