1.All animals sell on a first come, first serve order.
2.All sales must be paid in full before leaving the possession of Possum Tails Acres.
3.You must be 18 years old to purchase any livestock. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to consent to be responsible for the care and welfare of any livestock.
Possum Tails Acres reserves the right to refuse business, at any time, to anyone.
4.All livestock is checked for health, and must be agreed upon in signature of this document, before leaving the possession of Possum Tails Acres. Livestock sold will show no outward signs of illness or birth defects. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine health and allergies to individuals in your household. All livestock is healthy, to the best of our knowledge.
5.Sex of the livestock and/or breeding capability is not guaranteed. The gender of the individual animals are identified as best as possible and it is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm at the time of purchase.
6.The buyer agrees to take full responsibility for the care of the livestock. Including proper feeding, watering, shelter, & providing necessary care to maintain the health and well-being of the animal(s).
7.Should the animal exhibit signs of illness within 72hours of sale, please refer to the care sheet provided to you at the time of sale. In the event that proper care was followed in accordance with the care sheet, and the illness could be due to a different reason, please call immediately and you may return the animal. Please, contact us before the animal has died. There will be no exchanges for deceased animals or animals not properly cared for.
8.In the event you can no longer care for the animal, we will gladly accept it back with no questions asked. There will be no refunds for returned animals.
