Most of the pictures on my phone are of goats…. I do think this a true statement for most goat owners. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Fluffy doesn’t stay in the pasture, but if I’m in the pasture, barn, milk parlor, front or back yard he is there. I have given up on him staying in the pasture until I build a new fence for him, so for now he is just free. I’m not super mad about it because he comes to the milk parlor with me after dark and stays in the entrance. On the plus side he loves goats big or small! ❤️🐐❤️

Bambi update!❤️🐐❤️
Bambi has grown so much! She went from the baby goat that I was so afraid of losing to a baby goat that I’m absolutely in love with! ❤️ She is a big girl now! You would never think she was a preemie that didn’t walk until 2 days old. I have a small issue: I don’t have any more kids her age, so she doesn’t have a friend. I need to pair her with a kid, so she has someone to be with.

I probably won’t be able to see the girls anymore if I don’t cut the pasture after all of this rain. I’ve had great success with my goats growing on pasture in the growing season. I don’t feed grain to any goat unless it’s during maintenance, milking or close to
Kidding. This is my preferred method. Not everyone will agree and that is okay. My goats eat grass……. Sorry not sorry.

Look at Bambi and how big she has gotten! ❤️ Our first gold kid at little nite owl dairy goats! 🐐 I can’t wait to see this girl mature!
