🌱 Tiny Change Tuesday

Quick question...

Where are your shoulders right now?

If they're creeping up toward your ears, you're definitely not alone. Most of us carry tension there without even realizing it—especially after hours at a computer, driving, or scrolling on our phones.

Here's this week's tiny change:

Take 10 seconds to check in with your body.

✔️ Drop your shoulders.

✔️ Take a slow, deep breath.

✔️ Let your jaw relax.

That's it.

It may seem like a tiny adjustment, but repeating it throughout the day can help reduce unnecessary muscle tension and remind your body what a more relaxed posture feels like.

Set a reminder on your phone or use everyday moments—like waiting for your coffee to brew or sitting at a red light—as a cue to do a quick "shoulder check."

Your body notices the little things.
