Retro Post: Way of Cross Church Convention- Hilton Mark Center Alex VA (August 2018)

This setup was the Church Organization Annual Convention. This is the backdrop on the risers (staging area). Some photos show the views from the left side, right side, and center during the setup process. Also, see the from the rear of the convention area where church attendees were seated and honorees were standing. There are a couple of directional signs for the convention event. This was a last minute setup late at night with a pickup overnight. And yes, we do setups after business hours, and business days! Let us know now you next event upcoming and make it happen for you!

Retro Post: Fashion Show Fundraiser for Cancer Research (July 2019)

We were pleased to serve this client several times. We started in 2017, just three (3) years before the pandemic. Another service provider fell through and refused to deliver. As we specialize in last minute orders, were were glad make this happen for this cause!

We created the runway backdrops and privacy areas for their fashion show models and entertainment talent change areas. We also co-sponsored an area as a support for their cause. (See a couple of our team members on duty)

RETRO POST: Wedding & Reception

This wedding took place on May 14th in the thick of the pandemic in 2021. Bride and Groom had a Church Sanctuary wedding ceremony. Because of the pandemic, the reception was a "Celebration Receiving" line. The guests wrote their congratulations on a custom designer mirror, dropped off their congratulatory gifts, greeted the newly wedded couple, picked up their hot plated dinner with desserts and beverage in the reception receiving area. The guests exited the area with their wedding favors gifts from the couple.

Quite creative from the wedding coordinator within our company that planned this wedding event.

Backdrops were ordered to outline the entire perimeter of the Church's Fellowship Hall. The Bride & Groom Head Table was custom created and decorated on an elevated platform. And a video screen area was dressed with backdrops to outline that area.

Retirement Party for Master Sergeant

We are proud to serve this with great honor! This is a backdrop in front of a wall area, creating a background for karaoke, presentations, and more. This client was a last-minute order by the event coordinator, the retiree's wife😁, who saw our work at previous events.
