Bryce went from roasting his own beans out on the deck because he was tired of drinking the bulk store bought coffee that was served at work and everywhere else you look. One class was all it took to get him hooked on the process. From the first experiment of roasting on the kitchen stove in his cast iron pan, not recommended as this creates plenty of smoke that may slightly irritate your wife, to the current setup out in the garage. For more than three years Bryce has been providing his family, as well as other relatives, with freshly roasted coffee. Bryce's coffee received rave reviews from everyone that has tried it. He has only improved his craft with more experimentation with other green bean varieties as well as different methods of roasting. Bryce tends to become obsessive about things once he puts his mind to a task. Just ask his wife, Crystal, about the year 2014 when he was training for his 1st Ironman Triathlon. It is time for others, outside of the immediate family, to enjoy Bryce's Beans as much as everyone else who as had the opportunity to savore them! We truly hope that everyone who tastes these freshly and locally roasted beans enjoys them as much as we do because you can truly taste the craftsmanship and years of fine tuning and sampling that have led to these offerings we have for everyone today. We are the definition of a small business as it is Bryce roasting the beans while Crystal is the one responsible for bringing you all this awesome content with ways to contact us to get our coffee to you wonderful people!
