South Texas Vaquero Cookers The South Texas Vaquero Cookers was created on November 2024 by founders Luis Barrera, Jesse Gonzalez, Rogelio Cuellar Sr. and Johnny Tijerina.

The main purpose is to maintain and celebrate our South Texas cooking traditions inspired by our Vaquero ways.
