Heavy comfort foods feel wrong when it's hot, but crunchy chopped produce like broccoli and red onion feel light and energizing. At the same time, the dried cranberries bring a burst of sweet-tart flavor and a chewy texture that breaks up the crunch from broccoli and onion. We complete this colorful salad with a rich umami flavor from shiitake mushrooms, creamy ACV dressing, and the robust flavor from cheddar 😋

My daughter made BROCCOLI SALAD yesterday. She prepared dressing with mayonnaise, apple c***r vinegar, date syrup, and Pineapple Habanero Chili Paste.

She sautéed sliced shiitake mushrooms with pink salt until the mushrooms are fragrant and tender. Then, she tossed together the sautéed shiitake mushrooms, raw broccoli, raw red onion, marinated artichoke quarters, dried sweetened cranberries, shredded cheddar, and black pepper. She, then, poured the dressing and tossed to combine the salad well.

Voila! She turned the ordinary BROCCOLI SALAD into extraordinary 🤩

While wandering the streets of Venice, Italy, we came across a musician sharing a truly unique talent - creating music from ordinary w**e glasses. 🍷🎶

At first glance, it was such a simple idea. However, with creativity, practice, and a little imagination, she transformed something ordinary into something beautiful. People stopped and took a moment to enjoy a melody when walking by - one they never expected to hear on a busy street. 🎵

It was a wonderful reminder that each of us has something unique to share with the world. Our talents don’t have to be famous or extraordinary. Sometimes, they are simple gifts, hidden skills, or creative ideas that bring a little joy to the people around us. 😉

The important thing is not just having a gift - it’s having the courage to use it. If your talent is left unused, you never get a chance to shine. The world becomes a little brighter when people share what makes them unique. Therefore, whatever your gift may be, don’t keep it hidden - let it be heard! 🤩

I always find the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France, very inspiring. It stands tall and sturdy alone in the middle of the road. Cars come all around from different streets & avenues circling around the Arc de Triomphe to make the surroundings so busy and noisy, yet it still looks as if it were built yesterday.

The Arc de Triomphe has stood and watched over a changing world for more than two centuries.

Technology has advanced, horses have been replaced by automobiles, and generations have come and gone. Yet one thing has never gone out of style: perseverance, hope, and triumph.

Life never stops moving, and neither should we.

Challenges will always be part of the journey, but every step forward brings us closer to a victory worth celebrating.

Although the people who built this monument are long gone, the ideals it represents - courage and triumph - still live within each of us today.

The Arc de Triomphe inspires me every day to face my challenges courageously and stand up each time I get knocked down. 🙌

I don't have a green thumb, but I learned from my daughter that plants naturally turn toward the sunlight, drawing strength and growing from its warmth. That's why her cactus was growing and leaning toward where the sunlight shined into our home.

The core principle of this powerful lesson is that when we focus on hope, growth, gratitude, and the positivity around us, the dark shadows naturally start to fade. Let’s choose the light today and let our inner light be our guidance. ✨️
