Daily food haiku:

Eat foods you like
But with one ingredient
Greens, meats, eggs, water.

Together, we can change agribusinesses.
In fact, we can eliminate them.

We are officially announcing our plans to hold a Spring Pop-Up dinner on the dates of Friday March 22, and Saturday, March 23, 2013. The dinner will feature four courses of vegetarian/vegan cuisine, paired with craft beer produced by Seth Kelsey, and will be located across the street from the farm. We will be offering a local dry hard apple cider, a honey-chamomile hefeweizen, a black IPA, a Belgian Style dubbel, and a vanilla bourbon barrel aged stout. Tickets will be $50.00 per person. We will alert you when they become available.

Thank you, thank you, and THANK YOU!

Our dinner was a smashing success, and none of this success could have been experienced without your help! Right now, we are in the planning stages of our next dinner, and are thinking of several locations, including Northampton Community College, and Jack Callaghan's in Allentown.

We are currently seeking many things, including volunteers on our farm to help prepare for the growing season in the spring, clean-up, painting, construction, as well as a web designer to make our website shine. If you have time to commit to our cause, please let us know.

SOLD OUT!

If you would like to come, please come for our cocktail hour, and stay for my multi-media presentation.

Dinner will begin shortly after 7:00 PM. Thank you to all for supporting our cause.

This dream of mine started in July of 2011, with an idea, researched meticulously, and forged into words. It took the belief in my project from my closest friends to keep me on track, as I had nearly thrown in the towel several times.

I, WE, are so blessed to finally unleash it to the public.

Thank you, Chef Mike, Freddy Gallager, and Barry Kospia, for believing in me, in us. Without you, none of this would be possible!

And to all who have had faith, as well, you are all witnessing the beginning of a revolution.

You are all appreciated!

Stay tuned in for information on our next event in December/January...
