Learn an alternative way to perceive your body and health. We will discuss how you can realign your chakras and how to channel positive energy with crystals.

💫 Buti Yoga Movement Medicine 💫
This form of yoga is intended to deepen self-love and help release trauma that is stored within the body. It is a fusion of plyometrics, cardio, spiraling and shaking.

💫 Emotional Practice & Management 💫
This will help you understand your emotions in a whole new way. You will learn methods of processing and releasing emotions, which will allow you to live happier.

Changes to Fuel the Fire 🔥

As many of you have noticed from the change in content on my page, Fuel the Fire is evolving.

I’ve been taking courses and working through my own personal life transformation that I want to share with you all. I’ve experienced such profound shifts that I can’t help but share the tools for experiencing true transformation & stepping into your purpose.

I personally will only be accepting new clients in the realm of my new program, Fuel Fire Soul.

A new dietitian will be joining the team in a few weeks for those that are still interested in nutrition counseling. However, we will no longer be able to accept insurance for new clients.

There will be a pause on meal prep classes for at least the month of April. (March classes will still be held & accepted through insurance)
And I hope to bring class back (cash only, HSA accepted) this summer.

This has been such a difficult thing for me to share because … you’ll have to watch the video to understand 😭♥️

I seriously love you guys so much. I appreciate the support many of you have already extended to me during such a turbulent time. I couldn’t even begin to find the words to tell you all how much it has meant to me😭♥️♥️

I was SO afraid to lose control of myself around food.

I went through cycles where I’d eat “clean” for weeks or months. I’d eat foods that weren’t tasteless but also not that yummy.. just because they were “healthy.”

…but eventually, I’d get sick of it and need to just eat what I was really craving. Then, I’d binge on food that I tried not to eat when I was “eating clean.”

I was tired of going through these cycles of loving and hating my body. It was also the cycle of losing and gaining body fat. It was also the cycle of misery and happiness.

I’ve shifted my mindset about food to get to a point where I LOVE everything I eat & I feel sooo good eating it. And now, I can actually maintain a body that I’m happy with, from the inside out.

It was a scary path to walk.. I was afraid to let myself just eat what I wanted. What if I’d never stop binging??? What if I’d never be able to find the freedom that I want?

It wasn’t until my darkest moment that I realized everything in my life that I was struggling with was stemming from my fear of trusting my body & intuition.

I was so caught up in the science of health and forgot how powerful our bodies actually are. I had to rebuild that trust in myself to let go of trying to control everything with my mind.

Your body is your true guide. And quite frankly, no one teaches you how to listen to your body. Society teaches us to IGNORE our body.

It’s time to unlearn the things that have kept us from just being HUMAN.
Trust in yourself.
Find your freedom.
Fall in love.. with yourself ♥️

Mistakes are bound to happen on your journey, it is part of life! If we start to see things from a growth mindset, we can learn and grow from each failure.

🤍If your mindset is “all or nothing” …change your mindset to starting simple & evolving over time.

🤍If your mindset is that “you only have one shot to make things perfect”…
change your mindset to learning from every attempt, getting better & stronger every time.

We have all been through so many different experiences that have shaped us into the magical creation we are today.

To take away from how special your journey is just because it’s different than some one else’s is robbing you of your joy.

Even when it comes to our bodies and our health, we have to release the urge to compare. Comparing will keep you stuck right where you are.

Instead, find inspiration in other people’s journeys and MORE IMPORTANTLY find beauty in your own ♥️

Because that’s what leads to true freedom and change.

Our identity dictates what decisions we make. That is a reality we cannot escape.

If we don’t change how we see ourselves, then we will eventually fall back to old habits. This will keep us from making lasting changes.

True habit change begins by truly knowing yourself..
Not who everyone knows you to be..
Not who people want you to be..
Not who some one told you to be..
