A proof that beef is truly grass fed is easily seen in ground beef. If oil needs to be ADDED in the preparation of the meat to grill hamburgers or make meatloaf, then it is grass fed. Ringel beef qualifies.
Thank you, Ringel Farms, for always selling me the best farm fresh eggs on Saturdays at the Farmer's Market in Downtown Topeka. Last week you sold me one very large egg. When I cracked it open, it had two yolks!
