Greetings from Heron Hill Yoga,
The chaos, uncertainty and heartache of the world feels all too much these days.
The way I find peace, calm, and yes, Love, within such chaos is through the practice of yoga. We practice facing challenges on the mat and steadying our breath to move through them. We move mindfully and listen to the wisdom of the body. We find stillness and connect with the breath. We sit and become present. All of this takes practice, and it becomes a joyful practice when we are in the company of others. We can then take what we learn on the mat out into the world, into our homes, our work, our relationships. This is how I find the positive energy I need to stay hopeful and keep moving forward. This is how we create peace.

Another opportunity to try out yoga at no cost is a new "happy-hour" yoga class at Andover Central School in Andover, NY every Friday at 5pm for the next few weeks. So, what have you got to lose? This year, try something new that is just for you. Or bring a friend and make it an adventure!
