If it's not one thing, it's another... Always chaos. Unfortunately, the last two weeks have been of the heartbreaking kind.

We started off the month, losing seven chickens and three guineas to a predator. Up until this point, we had been blessed to never have issues. It sucks that our first encounter, resulted in losing ten from our flock.
Then last week, we had the vet out to give everyone a check up and address some concerns with Nallah. We got devastating news...
Nallah, our paint, was diagnosed with two types of cancer- squamous cell on her butt and a tumor in her udder region. The tumor has been very aggressive. And Theo, our mini horse, got diagnosed with Cushings Disease. While this is incurable, thankfully it can be managed.
We've had all of our horses for less than a year, so it has been hard. ๐Ÿ’”
