It is so good to be serving the public again! Every Thursday at the "Daily Special Cafe", Alvarado, TX, we will be serving our "Award Winning" Wagyu Brisket, perfectly smoked with our "Texas Top 50" Brisket Rub, coming soon in 1 lb. bags, Our Lip Smacking St Louis Ribs, smoked Sausage, our famous "Baked Beans", homemade "Potato Salad", other vegetables and deserts. And of course our "Signature Sauce". We start serving at 10:45, "dine in or to go". We serve till we run out. Come get you some and remember, "You Don't need Teeth to Eat Our Brisket"!
