Golden Crispy Chicken with Parmesan Mushroom Sauce 🍄

Ingredients:

For the Crispy Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
¾ cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crispiness)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Parmesan Mushroom Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
In one shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.

Directions:

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp milk

Ingredients:

2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, sliced
½ head cabbage, chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme
1 bay leaf

Directions:

1️⃣ Brown the Beef: Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the beef on all sides. (Optional but adds flavor!)

1 tbsp honey
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked white rice
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:

Directions:

Elegant White Chocolate Blueberry Bars 🍫

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh blueberries
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
3️⃣ Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
4️⃣ Sprinkle white chocolate chips, fresh blueberries, and nuts (if using) over the top. Lightly press them down.
5️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden and set.
6️⃣ Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Cream Cheese & Beef Stuffed Doritos Chicken 🧀

Ingredients:

4 large chicken breasts
1 cup cooked ground beef
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 large egg, beaten
2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cooked ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3️⃣ Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the beef and cheese mixture.
4️⃣ Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with crushed Doritos.
5️⃣ Place chicken in the baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
6️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and crispy.
