Doner Kebab? Gyro?
No matter what you call it, I call it delicious!
Deli sliced boneless lamb and pork and stacked it in alternating layers on the trompo. Seasoned well with a Mediterranean seasoning and put it on the 26” Weber that was set up with 3 charcoal baskets for indirect grilling.
Sliced off the crispy parts and into a pita!
