Tender, fall-apart beef pot roast 🥩🔥 loaded with potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms 🥔🥕🧅🍄, served over perfectly seasoned Cajun rice 🍚✨ with smothered cabbage cooked with beef smoked sausage 🥬🔥🤤 This roast had a little something EXTRA going on with those mushrooms! 😮‍💨🍄🙌🏽 Hearty, flavorful, made from scratch, and definitely not short on seasoning! 👩🏽‍🍳🔥💯
