Catering was a success 👩🏽‍🍳

I had the pleasure of preparing three varieties of picnic sandwiches for 40 guests. Alhamdulillah, it was truly rewarding to see everyone enjoy the food.

Catering always presents unique considerations, from dietary needs to spice preferences, so creating a menu that accommodates a range of tastes is both a challenge and a joy. I’m grateful for the positive feedback and look forward to taking on more events, InshaAllah.

Hot Italian Sub 🍕🥬🌶️
A variety of salami, pepperoni, and bologna, topped with crunchy lettuce and banana peppers, drizzled with Italian herb vinaigrette and a touch of Calabrian chili sauce for heat.

Veggie Garden Sandwich 🥕🫑🍅🥒
Fresh basil and spinach layered with crisp cucumbers, sweet carrots, juicy tomatoes, and red bell peppers, finished with a creamy chive-infused spread.

Honey Dijon Turkey Sandwich 🍏🧀🦃
Smoked turkey, peppery arugula, sharp cheddar, and crisp green apple slices, brought together with a smooth honey-dijon mayo.

Come with me to try Soup & Fresh - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

If you were ever a fan of Souplantation or Sweet Tomatoes, you were probably devastated like me when they closed in 2020 😭. Luckily, we now have Soup & Fresh which is almost the same! If you crave some good soup, salad and nostalgia you have to check this place out 🥫❤️🥗
