Peas - Peas - More Peas
We will be getting in more peas Tuesday and Friday this week. Let us know if you want to preorder for either day below 👇🏼.

We know you love field peas as much as we do! But we hear from younger people
That they don’t know how to put them up.
Here is an HPC guide:
1. Wash them and look them. Look for worms and peas that have had worms in them.
2. Wash them again.
3. Wash them until there is no dirt left in the container you are washing them in.
4. Put them in a boiling pot. You can do the entire 8 lbs at one time.
5. Bring to a boil and let boil about a minute.
6. Drain and put in ice bath to stop cooking.
7. Once cooled let drain and then divide into portions.
8. Mark the bags with today’s date and then freeze.

Andalusia has a LOT going on today and you don’t want to miss any it.

Luckily, HPC is located close to all the good stuff today. Come in , cool off and shop, grab some peanuts, a frozen lemonade or a sandwich!
