This is how you know our jerky is not filled full of preservatives. If it was it would not mold. This incident happened from a malfunction in our sealing machine. If you have purchased any of our jerky and come across this issue please feel free to contact us for a free replacement. You will have to show proof of your bad product to receive the replacement. Thanks and hope you are enjoying our great tasting beef jerky.
