Brazoria county Fair wasn’t a bust. The cook was good, some things that I did that I wouldn’t do again. But ended up walking with a 6th place rib. Sometimes the things you think will make it work just don’t.. we’re gonna reset and hit the parking lot in two weeks. Keep on keeping on. Huge to congrats to Steven Ohler on your GC and Eric Riojas on your RGC..

Cooked this weekend in clute at the JDS Give back sizzle in the park. Small comp but a lot of talent in the parking lot. At the end of the day we landed with RGC overall.
Chicken - 9th
Ribs - 4th
Pork - 1st
Brisket - 2nd
RGC overall
