We are thrilled to present the first item on our opening menu: the Cherry Negroni. This is our take on the classic cocktail, reimagined from the ground up as a zero-proof version that captures all the essential flavors. After months of careful refinement, we created a sophisticated blend featuring over 27 natural botanicals and ingredients, complemented by a touch of Montmorency cherry sourced from Northern Michigan.
