Did you know that once coffee beans are harvested, they still have a long process ahead of them before they are ready to be roasted? 🌱

For Gregorio’s Peruvian beans, he puts them through a wet washing process, and from there the beans have to be laid out on a raised bed to dry, which can take up to 2 weeks ☕
