Michelle's ItsyBitsy Cakes To my little one it was a thing of wonder - half toy, half cake.

A few years ago my daughter and I baked some cakes for a science project.The cakes were slathered in impossibly thick frosting and topped with an assortment of delightful creatures which we crafted out of mini-marshmallows and toothpicks. For me, it was a gateway for me to escape my reality and get back in touch with my childhood and my passion for baking and creating.
