Upside down rhubarb cake!

Other than needing more rhubarb, I love how this turned out! Great flavor, fluffy, and moist. If this says just as delicious tomorrow, it may just make an appearance at the farmers market on Saturday.

Would anyone be interested in strawberry rhubarb shortbread cookies? Thinking of making some for the market. Thoughts?

Jam season has officially started! Strawberry rhubarb will be available on the rack Friday as well as the farmers market on Saturday. I also have 3 jars of apple butter available. These were hiding among my raspberry pie filling. These are the only 3 available until fall. There is 1 Bourbon barrel, 1 plain and 1 cran apple. If they are not claimed before Saturday I will bring them to the market as well.

Thank you for a great 1st day market! I do have a few extras on the rack if you couldn't make it down. The mixed cookie dozen count are marked down to $10. Rack will be available until 5 p.m.

These guys are back this summer at the market - Please show them some love!

They give up their Saturday mornings all summer to help with our family baking business. Two of the sweetest guys you’ll ever meet (when they’re not fighting 🙃).

They’ve grown up right along side our business and we’re really fortunate to have them. 💙💙
