Meet Hope, Hope is our miracle baby, she was in an egg that our chickens seemingly gave up on as they were now raising their own chicks for about a week now. One of the chickens must have sat on her just enough for her to hatch, then left her in the cold still wet for who knows how long, when Josh found her she was cold and not moving but still alive, we held her under a heat lamp a while put down food and water and eventually left her on her own with just check ins and not much hope for her survival as we’ve had poultry in much better shape not survive, even after she started giving some movement and warmed up we still thought it wasn’t going to go our way, but here we are a couple months later and close to full grown and she is thriving! Yay for Hope!
