We have a few last minute bookings available for beef in June and August 2021. Early bird booking for spring 2022. Our spring supply is usually limited so book fast!

We currently have limited reservations left for beef with processing dates at the end of June 2021, August 2021, and early bird bookings for spring of 2022.

Briscoe Farms is a family farm located in Arab, AL.

We sell whole lamb and beef by the quarter half or whole. We will travel to deliver if needed.

Our beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics.

At Briscoe farms we would rather have 8 lbs of sugar in a 5 lb sack than 9 lbs of sugar in a 10 lb sack.
A great beef producer once said that even though a larger framed animal may weigh more, a stockier animal that plumps out and fills his frame makes the better meat. That is our goal, and that is what this fella is doing!

A few of our favorite cuts from this year’s bonus beef. This beef was processed in March. With the summer time coming up, this customer is now fully stocked for grilling season!

The first three pictures are before my son could walk. He loved to be with me while we were cleaning fences and checking the animals. We did so as often as we (safely!) could.
One of his first words was “cows”, and now that he can walk you can see in the fourth picture where he wants to go.
I think it will be a sad day when we have to explain that most people don’t get to be surrounded in nature the way we are. We will try to instill an appreciation for that nature in him as he grows. And we will try to share with him our passion in doing our part in ensuring that nature is there for our future.
