Today we will be serving a Traditional Style Brat (Mayo, Ketchup, and Sauerkraut). The Brat is made in a slow cooker with beer, sliced onion, and crushed garlic. We have two types of brats: Cheddar & Bacon, and Sweet Italian Sausage. Of course if you want kettle corn too, we will be set up at Great Plains Hall serving from 11:30 to 1:30 every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the same time. We will also be at the Riverton's Famers Market this evening from 5:00 to 7:00. Come by and check out all the stands!
