Kahoka, we’ll see you Saturday!

Just a little reminder that Fire & Flavor will be setting up in Kahoka at 11 AM this Saturday.

We’ll have all your BBQ favorites ready to go, so if you’ve been craving brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken or one of our loaded specialties, make plans to come hungry.

We love getting to spend a Saturday in Kahoka, and we’d love to see you there!

Kahoka, we’ll see you Saturday!

We’re setting up in town on Saturday, October 10th at 11 AM, and we’re looking forward to a busy Saturday with the bands marching through town and all the activity that comes with it.

If you’re coming in for the festivities, make plans to grab lunch from Fire & Flavor while you’re here. We’ll have your favorites ready to go and will be serving until we sell out.

Monday is looking a little better already.

We’re loading up the food trailer and heading to RPM in Memphis for lunch today. After having to change up our plans because of the weather, we decided we still wanted to make it to Memphis and get some good food in front of you.

So if you’re working nearby, running errands, or just trying to figure out what’s for lunch, come see us. We’ll have the smoker fired up and the trailer ready to serve you starting at 11 AM.

Come hungry. We’ll take care of the rest.

A little change of plans for this week!

With the weather not cooperating for the farmers market, we’re switching things up and bringing Fire & Flavor to RPM Signs & Shirts RPM in Memphis on Monday, October 5th, from 11 AM–2 PM or until we sell out.

So if you were planning on getting your BBQ fix this week, we’ve got you covered. We’ll have your Fire & Flavor favorites ready to grab for lunch, and we’d love to see you there.

We hate that weather had the final say on our last 2026 Scotland County Farmers Market (MO) of the season, but we didn’t want the season to end without taking a minute to say thank you.

A special thank you to Edith Lucas for all the work she puts into making the Scotland County Farmers Market happen. A farmers market doesn’t just happen every week. There is a lot of planning, organizing, coordinating and behind-the-scenes work that most people never see, and we appreciate everything Edith does to bring our local vendors and community together.

Thank you to all of the other vendors who shared the market with us this season, and especially to everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed some BBQ, visited with us, and supported our little business.

We’re disappointed we didn’t get to have one last market together, but we’re grateful for the season we did have. We’ve loved being part of the Scotland County Farmers Market and getting to know so many of you.

Thank you, Edith, and thank you to everyone who made this market season special. We’ll see you around!

I used to design flowers. Now I design salads.

Apparently, I never really stopped loving color, texture and all the little details that make something beautiful.

These are just a few of the salads we've created for our catering events, and I have to admit, they're one of my favorite parts of putting together a beautiful buffet.

Because when you're planning a wedding, the food should be more than something your guests eat. It should be part of the experience.

If you're planning a 2027 wedding, we're currently booking wedding catering dates. We'd love to create a menu that feels just as special as the day you're celebrating.

CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER!

.Memphis, we’ve got one more Thursday with you!

This Thursday is our last scheduled setup in Memphis for the year, and we’d really love to see you out at the 2026 Scotland County Farmers Market (MO) one more time before the season comes to an end.

The weather is looking a little iffy right now, but we’re planning on coming anyway and crossing our fingers that Mother Nature decides to cooperate. We’ll be watching the forecast and will let everyone know if anything changes.

We’re bringing some of the favorites you’ve come to expect from us, including our Brisket Eggrolls and Loaded Fries. So if you’ve been putting off getting out to the market, or you’ve been waiting for one more chance to grab some of your favorites, this is it.

Come grab dinner, visit the other vendors, and help us finish out another market season in Memphis. We’ve really enjoyed being part of the Scotland County Farmers Market this year, and we’d love to see you one more time.

What a day at Old Settlers Day in Kahoka! ❤️

We weren’t quite sure what the weather was going to have in store for us this morning, but it turned out to be a beautiful day to be outside, and we couldn’t have asked for a better crowd!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Fire & Flavor today! Whether you grabbed lunch, a cold drink, came back for seconds, or just stopped to say hello, we truly appreciate you supporting our little business.

Days like today are exactly why we love what we do. We get to cook good food, see familiar faces, meet new ones, and be part of the communities around us.

And a big thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put Old Settlers Day together. From the parade to everything happening around town, it was a great day in Kahoka!
