Every season brings its own lessons in patience. Tiny cloves planted months ago become something worth gathering, sharing, and celebrating. Grateful for the rain that falls, the sunshine that shows up, and another year of watching something beautiful grow. Garlic scape season is short, which makes it a reminder to appreciate the good things while they're here. Thankful for this harvest and everyone who supports this journey!

Our very last bulb of garlic from last year's harvest! This beauty is Silverwhite, a softneck variety we pulled back in June of last year. Nearly a full year later, it's still holding strong - proof that proper curing and storage make all the difference. Good garlic doesn't just grow in the field... it's finished with patience after harvest. When cured right, it can last for months and keep that rich flavor all the way through. 🤍🧄

No machines here! Every row is weeded by hand, every harvest pulled by hand, every plant watered by hand. Sun, wind, rain, heat—it all gets done no matter the weather. Some days feel like an all-day yoga class... bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, repeat. All while carefully working around each garlic plant, making sure every stalk stays intact and nothing gets broken. Every bulb tells the story of hard work, sore muscles, and a whole lot of love and care!🌱💚🧄
