Remember that corn trick from Monday? THIS is where it's going.

Our Summer Pasta Salad is loaded with all the fresh stuff we want this time of year:
Cellentani pasta + fresh sweet corn + medley tomatoes + cucumber + bell pepper + red onion + spinach + Colby Jack.
Then we toss the whole thing in our homemade Spinach Ranch Dressing.

Serve it cold as a Labor Day side, or turn it into dinner with a bed of fresh greens, diced chicken and/or bacon, fresh avocado and an extra drizzle of Spinach Ranch.

STOP SHUCKING YOUR CORN.

➜Cut the bottom of the cob off just above where the fresh corn begins.
➜Leave the husk intact.
➜Microwave for 4–5 minutes, or until tender.
➜Using a towel, hold the corn at the top and PUSH.

The ear slides right out of the cut end, leaving the husk—and all that pesky silk—behind.

We freaking LOVE packing day!

There’s something so satisfying about watching all the planning, organizing and prep finally come together — and it all fits perfectly inside that box.

Happy "National Bacon Lover's" Day!!

To celebrate we're making our best BLT yet:

We uses Duke's Mayonnaise to toast our rye bread.. always Dukes.

Then we pile on the...

Crispy Bacon

Sliced Havarti

Crisp Romaine Lettuce

Ripe Red Tomato

Fresh Avocado

AND our Zesty Lemon, Dill & Black Pepper Aioli

It's creamy, crispy, salty and with a little zest, our perfect BLT Sandwich.
