If you’ve been considering bulk beef, now is the time to pull the trigger on a 1/4, half, or whole. The last of the steers from this calf crop will be going to the locker June 10th. Pick-up/Delivery will be the week of July 6th. We need to know ASAP if you want on the list (by Monday, the 6th). It’s been a week FULL of deliveries and we love it 🥩

Thank you Derby for an awesome evening! We truly can’t put into words how grateful we are to get to meet our customers, have conversations, and put faces to names. Yesterday was our second Third Thursday and they are so much fun…the music, the food, the vendors, and most of all the people!

March: SOLD OUT! Thank you 🎉
April: 1 whole available (Heifer, can be divided into quarters/halves)
May: 10 steers available

PLEASE NOTE- availability after May is very limited, because we only calve once a year. If it’s not born and raised on our farm, we will not sell it to you. If you are interested please let us know by early March!

Thank you!! We appreciate our loyal customers and it was exciting to see new names rolling in. We sold several hundred pounds of ground beef in 10 days. That concludes the ground beef sale, but more bundles/items are coming soon!

A hidden gem at Hemberger Farms is our beef tallow. Aaron and Liz Hemberger have worked hard to perfect the recipe and it is AMAZING! Most of our customers use it for:
⭐️Dry skin
⭐️Eczema
⭐️Sun burns
When our beef goes in for processing, we keep the kidney fat and use it to make the tallow. Apply it like lotion and your skin will thank you!

GROUND BEEF SALE!
Minimum of 10 pounds at $6.50/lb
Beef is 85/15 and comes in frozen, one pound, vacuum sealed packages.

Pick up for Wichita and surrounding area is Tuesdays at Lowes on East Kellogg or Lowes at Maple & Ridge. Hutchinson on Wednesdays. If you’re local, we will deliver it to you. If tou are outside of those areas, let us know and we will
figure something out.
