Made a new potion of Potent Paper Lantern Hot Sauce tonight... I usually leave my sauces thick, but decided to do something different tonight... I strained the meaty sauce thru a fine screen and bottled up the juicy part.... I'm gonna take the left over pepper mash and make a hot relish with it tomorrow... This sauce is full of greatness...

Got my garden project going this year.... Got lots of different peppers growing for my hot sauces this fall... And of course lots of tomatoes and squash as well...
