Sirloin and Chuck steaks, about 1-1.25lb each, $14.
Cube steak, 4 patties in 1lb packages, $7.

Steaks are 1 inch thick.
Minimum of 3 steak orders.

Ground beef at $5.50/lb for 20lbs which is $110.

New quarter beef, fresh from the locker, about 100lbs for $900 which is about $9/lb for steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Includes cow and processing cost.
