Did you know… farm to table produce contains more nutrients than the produce you get at the grocery store? This is because it is fresher and is handled less, limiting nutrient loss. Local farmers also provide consumers with access to specialty produce with higher nutrient (and flavor) profiles, like the microgreens pictured here! 🌱

The most flavorful, nutrient dense vegetables come from rich, microbially diverse soil. That is why goats and sheep are an integral part of our farm ecosystem! They graze and browse the land, their sharp hooves breaking up compacted dirt. Then they return nutrients to the ground via their manure. ❤️🐐
