Sometimes the sweetest part of this journey has nothing to do with cookies. ❤️

Today’s delivery run included a quick stop at our son’s middle school to drop off a small thank you for the incredible teachers, staff, principals, and support teams who pour so much into our kids every single day.

Trailhead Cookie Company was built right here in this community — through youth sports, school events, neighbors, families, and people who continue to cheer us on one cookie at a time. We never take that support for granted.

As another school year wraps up, we just wanted to say THANK YOU to the amazing Jeffco educators and staff members helping shape the next generation.

Cheers to summer break, well-deserved rest, and a community that continues to lift each other up. ☀️🍪

What a weekend 🥹🍪

Graduation orders were coming in hot, and we just wrapped up the final tray 🙌. From dough to dozens to full-on catering spreads… every cookie was baked with a whole lot of love (and butter 😉).

This time-lapse is a little behind-the-scenes of how it all comes together — and the final shot? That’s what celebration looks like around here 🎓

Phase 1 of the Red Bull Soapbox Race build has officially begun… and apparently we misunderstood the assignment. 🤣

We picked up an old go cart to begin the soap box derby car this weekend… but before tearing it apart and turning it into a downhill masterpiece, we figured it deserved one last joyride around the neighborhood. 🏁🍪

Next step: taking this go-kart apart and transforming it into our retro camper-inspired soapbox racer for race day in Denver. What could possibly go wrong? 😅

🎓 It’s graduation weekend… and two of our very own Trailhead Cookie crew members are graduating!

We’re pressing pause on pop-ups this weekend to celebrate these amazing seniors and soak in a few family moments. 💛

From late-night bakes to early market mornings, we’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished — both in and out of the kitchen.

We’ll be back at it next weekend with fresh cookies and mountain-sized energy. Until then, our online shop is always open for local pickup, delivery, and shipping. 🍪⛰️

We’re popping up today at the Boulder Spring Market on Pearl Street and opening a little earlier than planned so you can grab your favorite Trailhead cookies before the afternoon storms roll in. 🍪🏔️

We’ll stay open until the lightning shows up… because while our cookies are legendary, standing under a metal tent during a thunderstorm is not the kind of excitement we’re going for. ⚡⛺😂

Swing by early between 14th & 15th on Pearl Street Mall and stock up before Mother Nature changes the plans again. We’ve got all your favorites ready to go — including the Pikes Peak Peanut Butter Protein Cookie! 💪🥜🍪
