I made sourdough sandwich bread using the tangzhong method and it's absolutely delicious. Tangzhong, is an Asian baking technique that calls for pre-cooking a portion of the raw flour in a recipe with milk until it forms a paste. This paste is added to the dough, resulting in bread that’s tender and extremely fluffy. Then I made egg salad using Hansen Hens eggs, and herbs and flowers from the dome.
