jersey tomato season may be our favorite time of year. locally grown tomatoes and basil from our friends at Kula Urban Farm provide the backbone of this relatively simple and fresh tomato salad. we lightly blanched and lightly salted the tomatoes to concentrate their flavor so they were stunning and juicy.

dishes that celebrate local and seasonal produce are what we believe in most. contact us to book your private party or catering experience today and explore the flavors of the season.

•tomato salad•
jersey tomatoes. warm burrata. nectarine. marinated cucumber. basil oil.

a sneak peak at the tom yum spiced peanuts we’ll be featuring at our next dinner on 8.29 at Kula Urban Farm

(note: this portion is a little larger than normal 🤣)

these nuts mimic the flavor of tom yum, a hot and sour thai soup which bursts with flavors of makrut lime, lemongrass, galangal, fish sauce and chilies. they’re our new favorite snack.

•tom yum spiced peanuts•
roasted peanuts. makrut lime. fresno chilies. chilies. zest.

the only way to try these (for now) is to get tickets to our next dinner at kula farm in asbury park on 8.29.26 *ticket link in bio*
