Tiramisu oats by 👉🏽Save to make This hits the spot! Breakfast oats with your coffee fix. I’m ready for it! Enjoy this as breakfast or an easy dessert. Ingredients: -40g rolled oats -1tbsp chia seeds -1tbsp maple syrup -50g oatmilk -1 espresso shot Topping: -3 tbsp protein (optional) yogurt -2 tbsp date syrup or use maple syrup -Cacao powder to cover bowl Method: -In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well. Check consistency and see if you need to add more milk. -Cover and refrigerate, you can keep this over night or as little as 2 hours. -Add the yogurt and date syrup and mix well and pour over the oats, spread across -Finish with cacao powder -Dive in 👌🏽 This keeps in the fridge for 2 days if you are making a batch for the week!

The extra time ensures the chicken is perfectly tender and brimming with those amazing flavors! INGREDIENTS 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 5 garlic cloves chopped 1/2 lemon juiced (about 2 Tablespoons) 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 Tablespoon Greek seasoning 1/4 cup Greek yogurt DIRECTIONS In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, Greek seasoning, and Greek yogurt. Mix well to create a creamy and flavorful marinade. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the yogurt-based marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally, overnight for maximum flavor infusion. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the hot pan to prevent sticking. Carefully place the marinated chicken breasts onto the hot pan. Sear the chicken on one side for about 4-5 minutes, or until a golden-brown crust forms. Flip the chicken breasts and sear the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes.

HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE PB CUPS 🍫🥜 by If you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, you need to make these! They are so delicious and perfect to have on hand in the fridge! You’ll need: ¾ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 ½ cups rolled oats (I used gluten-free) 1 cup puffed rice 1/3 cup raw honey (or pure maple syrup) melted dark chocolate flakey sea salt 1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, puffed rice and honey until well-combined. 2. Scoop the mixture into a muffin pan. 3. Flatten each mixture with a spoon. 4. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of each mixture. 5. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt. 6. Freeze for 15 minutes. 7. Remove from freezer, pop them out with a butter knife and enjoy! This makes 12 chocolate peanut butter cups! . . . .

Crispy Potato Galette by (Cheesy Pommes Anna) ❤️👌🏻 it was so good and so easy! Pro Tip: Scrape the sides real well before flipping over and preheat the cast iron for 5 ish minutes. Ingredients : •7-8 medium yukon gold potatoes. •3 tbsp melted butter. •2 tbsp olive oil. •1 cup 1/4 gruyere cheese. •parmigiano to taste. •Seasoned Salt (Pegs) & Black pepper to taste but remember potatoes need a lot of seasoning. •1-8 inch cast iron skillet. •Parchment paper square. Directions: 1. Slice your potatoes real thin, I used a mandolin. 2. Remove excess moisture from the potatoes. 3. Preheat the cast iron with the 2 tbsp of olive oil. 4. Add the melted butter to the potatoes with the seasoned salt and pepper. 5. Start layering your potatoes on the cast iron, starting from the center. After each layer put some cheese, then more potatoes. Repeat for about 6-7 layers. Make sure the last layer is potatoes and not cheese. 6. Cover the top of the potatoes with parchment paper and add something heavy. 7. cook on the stove at medium high for about 7-8 min. 8. Remove the parchment paper and bake at 400F for 55 min. 9. Place the parchment on top of the potatoes again, flip it onto a cutting board. Add flaky sea salt. Cut into triangles and transfer to a plate. Remove the parchment paper, add chives and black pepper..
