Sorry for the no post lately. Got a New Ipa going dry hopped with Cascade and Amarillo . Also did a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. Got some coco nibs from French Board Chocolate and it has turned out great. What has everyone else been Brewing?

Went to visit Fortnight brewery in Cary Today. Large 30 barrel system in place and said the had beer at two locations. I can't wrap my brain around that one.

Sazz Lager is headed to the keg this week! And brewed what was going to be a Rye pale ale that turned into a Imperial Rye Pale Ale. Finished at 1.080. Lookout!

The Wit is in the Keg will be ready in week or so can't wait to see how it turns out. This is the 1st attempt at this style. Used home grown Coriander in this one.

Would like to congratulate Jason Vail Co-founder of z.o.o brewers for a 2nd place finish in the Shamrock Open Homebrew contest. He won 2nd for his American Pale Ale which 24 other people competing in that division. Great Job!
