Below Latitude We are an aspiring small business that specializes in small batch sauces, and hope to expand our pro Brice and Logan love to create.

When the desire to create his own hot sauce struck, Logan hit up the ol' YouTube University, Brice visited the Farmers Market, and a culinary masterpiece was born. Logan thought his hot sauce might even be good enough to share, so they began giving it to friends and family. Soon, people were asking him to make more, and to send it to them in other states, and it only seemed natural that the couple

look into turning this hobby into a hustle! Thus, the creation of Below Latitude. Below Latitude has roots in North Carolina and the Bahamas, which is represented in the logo. Brice and Logan believe experiencing different cultures helps grow them, and they are always striving to reduce their carbon footprint while still taking as much from their travels as possible. This love for the wonderful unknown the world has to offer means they are always trying new ingredients, always looking for the next adventure, and always open to ways to give back. In an effort not to limit themselves, Brice and Logan have chosen to do more than just hot sauce. Future hopes of adding pasta sauces, jams & jellies, baked goods and more are in the works. While a grand opening is not in the books yet, look out for more information in the Spring, and until then keep supporting local and ask yourself what are you going to do today to make the world a better place?

OK y'all, I know I said 2 weeks but ApPaReNtLy you need bottles to put the sauce in? Who would have thought.🤦🤷‍♀️ Anyways we will be bottling some sauce and making another batch this weekend so get pumped!
