Unfortunately all good things come to an end. It is with great sadness that we must shut down Silas Sauce at the end of the year. We will be relocating to Colorado this next year and need to focus on our careers and moving at the moment. We will keep the web-site up until the end of the year and may make a few more smaller batches. We also have another market planned this month as well. We will be lowering prices for everything in the web-site to clear out inventory. We want to thank everyone who supported us and our dedicated hot sauce lovers! This doesnā€™t mean forever as you may see us make a comeback once we relocate to Colorado. Stay tuned for info on our last markets! Thank you everyone!!

We worked together to make some awesome hot sauces that compliment Guajiroā€™s authentic Cuban cuisine. Seeing the devastation from Helene is still is something that just doesnā€™t feel real. Knowing so many of the places and people we hold close being affected, we can only hope that things will get better as soon as possible.

One thing some people may not know, we make the hot sauces for the incredible folks at . We had the privilege to meet some of the family when we had our first burrito pop up at , and worked together to find those perfect flavors to match with their incredible offerings. Unfortunately, Guajiro has now lost it all and needs help to rebuild.

Now through the rest of October, we will be donating 20% of all our online sales directly to Guajiro. Unfortunately, all the markets we planned to be at are no longer happening, and cooking sauce is on hold until utilities get better, so online ordering will be our only outlet currently. And please, be patient as we work to ship everything out as quick as we can. We will keep our inventory as updated as possible!

Hey everyone. While Iā€™m happy to say we are safe, Asheville is devastated. We are shocked and saddened to see so much loss. The place we call home is not okay and going to take awhile to rebuild.

With that being said, orders will be delayed in shipping for a bit. Internet is down, so we canā€™t update the website to reflect or contact any open orders currently, we are getting spotty cell reception to post this. As well, weā€™re not sure when shipping centers will reopen. When we can, orders will be sent out.
