This is Howard Handupme with the latest Cretaceous culinary clamorings. It appears that a herb of Swineasauras' have been spotted in and around Asheville!

These giant tasty beasts have been spotted at Highland, Zillicoah, and The RAD, weighing down people's plates and devouring their hunger!

Locals and tourists alike have been flocking to the Triceratruck, where the Swineasauras love to gather. Hoping for not only a glimpse, but also a taste of the rare, delicious dinosaur.

We have reports there will be a group of them this Wednesday, looking to interrupt the massively popular "Rock Band Night" at The River Arts District Brewing Company

Keep in mind these tasty beasts have been known to be tamed by washing them down with a Praline Root Beer Float, also available at the Triceratruck.

Be on the lookout everyone, and don't miss your chance to see if Asheville's newest sandwich sensation can live up to meteoric hype that has flying around!

A rare swamp-dwelling dinosaur known to lurk in the foggy bogs and blackwater marshes of forgotten lands. The Swineasauras is recognized by its massive moss-covered tusks, which it uses to root through the mud in search of its favorite prey: wild French onions. Legends say the beast spends all night slowly simmering beneath the swamp's warm mineral springs, absorbing the rich flavors of the onions it devours. Its meat is said to become impossibly tender, carrying a deep, savory essence found nowhere else in the prehistoric world.

Today's Special: The Swineasauras - Black Pepper crusted Pork Butts, seared and cooked overnight in House made French Onion Soup, shredded and stuffed into a Leidenheimer Pistolet, with a creamy Balsamic ‘Moss Sauce’ combined with Romaine and Tomatoes, topped with Smoked Gouda Cheese.

The Ice(Cream) Age is coming!!

This weekend we are offering up a unique Dino treat for you all!! Root Beer Floats!!

Chef made the Hazelnut Ice Cream, Abita made the Root Beer, and Panda made the Pralines - put them all together and you get one delicious Dino Float!

It's going to be a scorcher, so come cool off with us at Zillicoah Beer Co. and get you and your TeiceraTyke one!

Ok well the week has started and it has already been a busy one!

Yesterday our first Monday was fantastic! We got worked and came very close to selling out the whole menu! So thanks friends for kicking off this week with a bang!

We will be busy prepping up for the rest of this funfilled week! There are so many fun events happening to ring in the summer season!
