I'm helping map and connect Asheville’s local food system. We're building AVL FOOD WEB, a community-powered platform that makes it easier to find gardens, food access sites, farms, compost hubs, mutual aid projects, and the neighbors doing the work across Buncombe County. My focus is simple:
make what already exists more visible, more connected, and easier to navigate—especially at the neighborhoo

d level. I spend a lot of time in gardens, talking with organizers, community leaders, supporting community projects, and turning on-the-ground knowledge into practical tools people can actually use. My focus is on building systems that help neighbors help neighbors.
